All orders shipped will come with tracking for peace of mind.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Preorder items such as Personalised and Full Customisation Pet Tags follow the timelines on their product pages. Orders that include both preorder and in-stock items will ship together once all items are ready.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free international shipping for orders above SGD 120 (APAC/AU/NZ) and SGD 200 (Rest of the world) respectively.
All domestic orders will be sent via Singapore Post Tracked Letterbox service unless otherwise stated or informed by us through email or other communication channels. Singapore Post Tracked Letterbox deliveries will deposit your parcel directly into your letterbox.
For all orders (domestic and international), you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
